Corcel Bulk Bins

The CORCEL bulk bin is light weight, with a 1200x1000x590 bin weighing approx 9.2kgs.  Bulk bins can be produced in a range of sizes and
wall thicknesses.

Being made from Corcel's unique 3C board, the CORCEL bin is strong and impact absorbing, which will reduce damage in transit.

Corcel has developed a unique variation of its board, allowing fruit in its bulk bins to breathe and be ventilated without compromising the strength characteristics of the bins, while also allowing for the gentler method of emptying the bins by floating the fruit.

The target markets for CORCEL bulk bins are dairy and horticultural products.

The obvious market advantages of the CORCEL bulk bin are that it can be delivered flat; it is easy to erect, strong, and significantly cheaper to produce than its competition.

An advantage of Corcel's 100 % paper bulk bins is that they are free from splinters and nails, thus reducing damage to goods and injury to users. CORCEL bins are completely recyclable and environmentally responsible. Not only are CORCEL bulk bins low in cost, but they have no retrieval or disposal costs unlike bulk bins containing wood or plastic. They are also 100% ISPM 15 compliant and share all the same attributes as CORCEL pallets.
